Try these Gluten Free meatballs at your next meal. This is a really good recipe and so easy to make. Meatballs are one of those dishes that you can do so much with. Like meatball casserole, meatball sandwich, meatballs and spaghetti or spaghetti and meatballs to be exact. Your imagination is the only limit on the ways you can serves them up.
1/2 cup onions minced fine
1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
2 pounds of grass-fed beef
2 large eggs
1/2 cups milk Kefir
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic power or 2 large garlic cloves minced
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Lightly grease sheet pan
3. Cook minced onions in coconut oil until translucent. If using fresh garlic add to the onions.
4. Mix other ingredients in separate bowl; add cooked onions.
5. Form into 2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
